Shipping

Orders are processed manually after confirmation. If an item is in stock, free delivery is available for orders over 300 euro but the cash on delivery fee still applies if pay on delivery is choosen. If payment is made by bank transfer, free delivery is available for orders over 50 euro, unless stated otherwise.

• For bank transfer payments, processing starts after the incoming payment is confirmed.
• If we need to clarify stock or configuration details, we will contact you before dispatch.

Right of Withdrawal & Returns

In distance sales, individual consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from delivery, except where a statutory exception applies or for B2B transactions.

• The product must be returned in the condition in which it was received, without additional damage or missing parts.
• To start a return, email info@rebooted.bg.
• Returns should be sent to: Speedy Mladost 1A, Sofia, Bulgaria.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer unless agreed otherwise or covered by warranty.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving and verifying the returned product. The refund is issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase.
